Quality Medical South was founded in 2004 in order to meet the growing service needs of the acute and alternate health care markets. As the industry grows, the number of Ventilators, Infusion Pumps, Apnea Monitors, BIPAP, CPAP and other equipment needed to support the industry grows as well resulting in increased demand for service and repair.
While a medical equipment manufacturer's primary concern is producing and selling new equipment, service support is sometimes a secondary concern. Most manufacturers would rather focus their efforts on selling new equipment than servicing previous models. It is not unusual to encounter a cumbersome voice mail system when a customer is trying to report a service problem. Then once the contact is made, the manufacturer gives no priority to your particular service situation and schedules your repair based on a strict "First In/First Out" system. This type of scheduling can extend your waiting time for weeks. Our technicians are manufacturer-certified and have the hands-on experience necessary to work with both accuracy and speed.
When you call Quality Medical South, you will always be greeted by an experienced customer service representative that is ready to listen to your particular service situation. If you have a "high priority" for service on a particular device, we can adjust our service process to expedite this repair. However, our normal turnaround time is well above the industry standards, emphasizing days instead of weeks for your equipment return. Our estimates are "no charge" and the repair is not completed until a written estimate is approved by our customer. Our service technicians are manufacturer-certified and have the hands-on experience to perform quality repairs that include a 90-day warranty.

In our service center we also have a large inventory of pre-owned equipment for sale. To demonstrate our confidence in this equipment, we can offer long-term warranties included in the sales price.
